What is M.B.S.R.?
An 8-week evidence based meditation and stress reduction program. Offering secular and intensive
mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression and chronic pain. Learn skills to
manage stress in your daily life. Change habitual reactivity patterns - Cultivate self awareness -
Learn to Respond rather than react to stressors.
Learn the oldest and most respected mindfulness meditation program
This is a 8 week program, meeting weekly for 2 hours.
There is also homework and home practice time required.
Learn to mediate for greater mental, emotional and physical health,
changing your life.
